Gr8race53 Posted December 28, 2006 Posted December 28, 2006 The brake drums on my 15 touring need to be replace. They are 14 inch stamped steel. Does anyone know were to find them, or how to make new drums. Joe A.
Ivan Saxton Posted December 28, 2006 Posted December 28, 2006 Joe, to save me making a whole lot more typographical errors that I am often too weary to correct late at night, You might scroll down this general section to the subject "How fast does an antique car go?", and read my posts down the bottom of it. This deals with rebuilding brake drums. I have done more of this than I care to remember. Always look at alternatives. I am not sure whether your 1915 is a T model or a 48hp Pierce; and that could make a difference in what you could do. Ask if you have doubt or query; or if you get stuck.Ivan Saxton
