Joe, to save me making a whole lot more typographical errors that I am often too weary to correct late at night, You might scroll down this general section to the subject "How fast does an antique car go?", and read my posts down the bottom of it. This deals with rebuilding brake drums. I have done more of this than I care to remember. Always look at alternatives. I am not sure whether your 1915 is a T model or a 48hp Pierce; and that could make a difference in what you could do. Ask if you have doubt or query; or if you get stuck.
