1988 Reatta passenger's side window noisey..

Hi Folks!<BR> A question , our 1988 Reatta has developed a problem, when opening the passenger side window, it only opens a 1/3rd and then something inside the door makes a noise like grrrrr. When the switch is depressed for up, it will close the window, however the noise grrrrr doesn't stop until one releases the up button.<BR>Where and how should I get the part/parts from , what would I need to do?<BR>i.e how should I proceed this?<P>many thanks for your help.<P>Prakash
