The hubs are a bit small, but you did say the photo was poor, so maybe the light has something to do with it. Years ago I worked on a 1916 twin to this car, one of the finest unrestored cars I'd ever seen. Real crime that it got restored, check the National Awards listings it won at Hershey and also won a tray at Philadelphia.
