1962 jetstar convertible?

hi, new here. does anyone know about 1962 jetstar,s?

i know of a pink convertible the i have had my eye on for 30 years and may have the chance to get it

can anyone tell me prodution numbers on something like this? or what to look for ? thanks in advance.

Jetstar didn't start until 1964, and there were Jetstar 88 (330 powered) and Jetstar I (394 powered). There were JetFIREs in 1962, but no convertibles. They were turbocharged coupes or hardtops built on the small F85 Cutlass platform.

Pink sounds more like a 62-63 color though.

im sorry about the mixup in years but i talked to the owner lastnight and he said it is a 64 jetstar 1 automatic,pink,white top,white interior,all power. has been in storage since early seveties. needs a full resto. the car car is pretty much straight and complete,runs and moves.and everything works.

my question is how rare is the car and what should a fair offer be on the car? thanks in advance.
