Can You ID Early Carb?

The "tickler" to depress the float and flood the carb for starting, with no choke valve, puts it probably early in the first decade of last century. "Well-made",----- there is no effort to match the profile of the float chamber with that of the top. Maybe it could be agricultural such as a statioary engine: There is no certainty that it is automotive.
