turn signals not blinking

turn signals blink slowly but when i turn on park or headlights they will not blink any help appreciated new tc owner 91 v6

It might be worthwhile to change out the headlight switch before you melt the plastic "pigtail" that the seitch plugs into. In any case it will be good preventative maintainance. See the thread about headlights.

It should be an easy problem for a mechanic to diagnose. If you post where you are someone might know a good mechanic on Mopar products. It could be the switch or it could be a bad ground or I'm betting on a corroded connector somewhere.
