Hi Dave Sorry for the slow reply. I just got the 53 buick selectronic radio back from the guy who went thru it. He removed all the old wax-end capacitors and installed new vibrator and tubes as needed. Black plastic push-button is shining and no damage,chrome surround shines nice as well, but has some pits, believe surround is same on regular radio, so may already be changed by the time you get this.
