Shipping to crate Australia

Hello

I need to crate and send some old car parts to Australia from Ohio. Just guessing the crate would be 5'L x5'W x5'H. I can take to work to load by fork truck onto a semi.

How would I go about this project? paperwork, motor freight co., overseas shipping co. etc?
