kax0302
Is anyone familiar with or have information about this old PIERCE-ARO Travel Trailer? Vin plate says PIERCE-ARO TRAILER MFG. INC. El Monte, California. I realize it isn't associated with Pierce-Arrow but any info or help would be greatly appreciated...thanks!
Guest dave327
There is a nicely restored Pierce Arrow trailer from the 30's in the J. B. Nethercutt museum near Los Angeles so they might have some additional information about that one too in their library. The whole museum is fantastic. mrpushbutton
THAT trailer has nothing to do with the travel trailers made by the Pierce Arrow Motor Car company in Buffalo, NY.The true P-A resemble an Airstream from the outside (or actually, the Airstream looks like the P-A)they look like a big aluminium loaf of bread. What you have there is your average huntin'-fishin' make-mom-miserable trailer made by a company that took advantage of the fact that Pierce-Arrow was defunct and the name was up for grabs, with a little different spelling.
