rustybolts Posted October 18, 2006 Posted October 18, 2006 Good evening. I need some help from some experienced antique auto buffs. I bought a car as a basket case for a winter project. I am having some trouble trying to figure out what it is and what year. I was told it was a 1935 chevy. So here it goes. It is a 2 door sedan. They are suiside doors. It has a feature line along the side front panel, door and rear quarter panel. This is about 1 1/2 inches wide on the door and smaller on the other panels. The front fenders have some type of cast headlight mount. The back of the car goes straight down then tappers/flairs out over the rear gastank. The filler neck comes out of the back of the car on the drivers side. Any ideas?
JFranklin Posted October 18, 2006 Posted October 18, 2006 it's hard to visualize as this year many cars were similar, it could be a 1935 coach. See if you could post a photo or google 1935 chevy images and see if anything matches.
