1954 Buick Super 4 dr. Sedan. V-8 (322), Rare Stick shift (big box). Body is straight and has all parts. Surface rust is present, however there is no body rot. Interior is clean with no rips. Hubcaps are in trunk and not shown in pix. Car has 48K original miles. I bought the car in 1988 and has been in storage since. The engine was running smooth when put in storage in 1988. It needs brakes and possible transmission work. I thought it would be the project car, but never got to it. I have the title and also the original bill of sale from the dealer in 1954

Price $1900 or Best Offer

Thanks for the info Dynaflo2...

Wrong this time JohnD, my son and I have been deep in the woods of North Carolina (Uhwarrie National Forest) doin a little off roadin for the last 3 days. This sounds interesting though doesn't it. I find the part about no rust through or rot on a 54 hard to believe though, especially the front floor boards. Must have been garaged most of it's life. And the 3 speed is rare on the Super. I'm still lusting after that plain Jane 54 Special 4 door with 3 on the column and a non flexible steering wheel that I was sole bid on ebay a few weeks back on. Seller won't get right though. That would make a sweet everyday grocery go getter wouldn't it. That's alright though, I've 'bout got the wardens honey dew list down to a point where I can get started back on Buttercup and DoraB.

Nothing like bonding with the offspring over some ATV's... I kinda missed that opportunity... It's really too bad about that Super. I'm sure it is probably one out of one left in existance today, and thus needs to be restored, but wouldn't it be sweet with a 57 364 and an updated 3 speed stick?

This gives me an idea for a new thread.
