In 1959, there was Western-themed show/concept wagon called the Texan, which did have a sunroof. A picture can be found in the Frumpkin book about the Chicago auto show. No production version was built in 1959.

In 1960, a production version of the Texan was introduced mid-year, as the Invicta Custom wagon. It also had a Western theme, consisting of a saddle & brown leather bucket seat interior. No sunroof was offered. This was an extremely rare car when new, and is virtually non-existent today. Check out a recent copy of Collectible Automobile (featuring 59-63 Invictas) for pictures of a beautiful unrestored example.

Even the "regular" 1960 Invicta wagon is a scarce car. If you would consider the identically-styled LeSabre wagon, there is one on ebay right now. Also, I believe it was Bill Stoneberg of this forum that recently was helping a friend sell a very nice (albeit not completely authentic)60 Buick wagon.

Check out my 1960 Buick website (www.the1960buick.com) for more info on the Invicta Custom, as well as a number of wagon photos.
