These cars (88 & 89 at least) have an AC inverter that converts 12 volts DC to 120 Volts AC, it's mounted in the console. If it's not working properly it could cause these problems, be careful though, 120 Volts WILL shock the crap out of you. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
