yea, go ahead and pay the fella, I'll pay you when you get here with it....I'm sure I will have found that last fruit jar I buried out in the back yard by the time you get here. I'd like to see this car in person. Hopefully it's not another over restored example.

edit) upon a second look, keep your money in your pocket. re the sellers statement "THIS IS A STRONG STATEMENT, WE KNOW, BUT THIS WILL BE THE NICEST 54' SKYLARK IN EXISTENCE TODAY. If you want the best, national show winning caliber 54' Skylark, then here it is. $198,500.".... I'm sorry fella, but judging from these pictures, I have seen several better and much more correct.

I'll still take it Lamar. I know I've never said this on the forum, but the 54 Skylark is MY dreamcar. That's a beautiful car, but I still wish I had had the $30k that a totally original, driveable, less than perfect, survivor went for a few years back.
