Removing rear wheel ?

I need to reline the service brakes on my 25 Touring how do you remove

the rear wheel to get to the linings.it has spoked wheels <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

There is a hub puller that screws on where the hubcap fits. It has a bolt in the center that pushes on the axle loosening the taper. If you wait until Hershey you can borrow one. Or you can use a chicken beak to pry it off.
