64 Cutlass convert - worth messing with?

I found one in a junkyard, rotty, but a buckets and console convertible and pretty well complete. I would imagine the frame is shot, it sits flat on the ground, but there is enough to convert over a coupe.

The catch is this side of the junkyard's been flooded out two or three times, I was checking out a '63 Tempest ragtop for a guy and it had had water up over the top of the dash enough for mud to have settled in the gauge pods. It sits higher than this car does. So even if this Cutlass has a good frame, I don't think it's restorable - certainly the engine is junk.

It's going to scrap if no one's interested but if anyone can tell me what, if anything is worth saving I might be able to grab the car, or some parts from it, before it goes. I only have a limited amount of funds, though, I don't want to grab this one and have to pass on one that I can actually turn quickly.
