Wanted 55-56 chevy to restore

I truly wish you good luck. I haven't seen a #5 for that price in many moons. Ebay always has some type of junk you can get for that price, but something you want to restore...?? Again, I wish you luck.

You can buy a fairly solid tudor sedan for $1500-$2500 all day long, I've seen them on eBay in that range. Frankly, if you're expecting something with no rust, yeah, forget it, but if you can't fix rust on an old car, you probably shouldn't work on anything more than 5 years old.

You could buy my hardtop for $1000, but you'll need a second one to build one from two, as the frame is shot in it.
