jollygreen
I just purchased a 1921 buick touring car which sprung a leak in oil pan in small hole which i temporarily fixed w/ JB Weld. Does anyone have any experience in removing oil pan and what is involved?
R Walling
No disrespect intended, but if you don't have the knowledg to remove it, get some one who knows how to do it. There are a lot of things to do when the pan is dropped.
jbbuick22
On the 6 cyl. you have to remove the trans. and then the flywheel to remove the oil pan.It is an involved repair, and requires experience to complete it correctly. JB
