'88 Reatta Lock Housing Cover

Just bought '88 with a broken lock housing cover and steering wheel can be moved in any direction on the compass.

Does anyone know where I can get the cover? GM has discontinued it, surprise, surprise! The interior is considered by Buick to be Saddle color, it looks tan to me.
