whtbaron
This is the dash from the same car. At first I thought it was a Dodge, but it seems to have some peculiarities including the dash cluster.

whtbaron
Wow........you're right. Found the same pics and the indentation in the firewall matches too. The guys in the Mopar site are gonna hate me for this one. LOL...had them scouring through old Chryslers and Desotos. The resemblence is uncanny though. Haven't found a good pic of the visor. Do you know if they had the same character lines in the center of the visor as the Desotos?
whtbaron
You win first prize. I found the serial numbers listed on the Willys/Overland site and both frames belong to a 1929 Whippet 98A. Also found pics of a car in NZ with the same Dodge like character lines on the visor, and no visible hinges on the top half of the door.
