1975 Austin Mini owners manual value?

Hi everyone,I spend my time on the Reatta forum's but my dad owned a few english cars back in the 70's, and he recently remembered that he still has his owners manual to his 1975 Austin Mini I believe it was a 1000, He doesnt remember where he put it but know's that he has it. Does anyone know if this has any value to it, I dont believe that he plans to sell it he just would like to know. I called my dad a few minutes ago,it also includes the service manual and its unused and still in the original plastic. Thanks a lot

Just an option. The AACA Library & Research Center is constantly looking for reference material to preserve it for the benefit of future generations.

All materials within our Library are well protected by a "full time librarian (Kim Miller)".

I had one of these from 1972 that came in a box of books I bought. I sold it on ebay for $31. They're not very common in the U.S., but demand is kind of low for post-1967 Mini material here.

It'd be nice (and a lot easier) to donate it to the AACA Library.

Ok, I'll talk to him about it when he gets back, right now he has no clue where it even is, all he knows is that its somewhere in the house which narrows it down to about 1 million search hours <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> , but also he has been debating about buying another mini and believes it could come in handy <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />. but I will tell him about the library
