jhughes76 Posted June 19, 2006 Share Posted June 19, 2006 A 5.0 is a small engine, as far as OHV V8s go, and I have seen small block Fords in these types of trucks before. I am not completely sure about the fornt suspension, but I am inclined to say that as long as the springs and shocks are not worn out that everything will be fine.
