Can anyone tell me if thats a rare body style cause I don't see them that often?

I've seen a few and they are desirable; rarer than the sedans. Someone can correct me but, I was under the impression the Loewy Studios were retained by Studebaker in 1936 and their first new designs were produced by Studebaker in the 39 model year; primarily the work of Virgil Exner, who had recently left GM as head of the styling department at Pontiac.
