What are these jump seats out of?

I have had these jump seats for many years. I bought them at an estate sale for a couple who had a 1915 Ford Model T Town Car and I have always wondered if these seats were out of that car.

The material is not leather but more of a leather-ette. There is wood across the ends that the material is tacked to. There are no marking that I can see on the iron parts. There is a latch on the back which I believe was used to hold the seats in the stowed away position. It looks like it would hace been fed through a loop of material to hold the seats up.

Anyone rcognize these seats and know what they may be out of? Are they from a Model T Town Car, or some other car.

I do not know the answer. Hopefully someone here will.

Have fun.

John...your photos are "attached" at the top and look good.

In the future, so they download quickly, re-size them to the lowest resolution.

THANKS!!

Those look like the seats I have. I have had these laying around my garage for years and have always wondered what they were out of. I will probably end up selling them so it really helps to know what they were for. Thanks for taking the time to post the image.
