Fuse for Front Turn Signals and Horn

Does anyone know where this fuse is located on the 1951-1954 models? I've looked everywhere and can't find it. This is my first pre-90's car though, so maybe I'm looking for the wrong thing.

The circuit breakers are located behind the instument cluster. But they are the self resetting type. You may have a dirty connection, or broken wire somewhere. You may want to trace the circuit with a test light or volt meter. Here is '54 Wire Digram that will show where everything is. 51-53 will be very similar.
