Can anybody identify this car, owned by a friend's mother & father (pictured). He was a mechanic then became Service Mgr. for A.W.Golden Olds-Caddilac in Reading, Pa. The car had a rumble seat. Rudyjudi@msn.com

Wow... '33 Olds ?

What's really interesting (to me) is that this car is outfitted with General Tire's "Jumbo" tires & wheels... don't see those today !

Yeah, it does look like a Chevy... what made me think otherwise were the hub caps and the fully chromed headlight buckets (thought Chevy had painted buckets with chromed rings, but maybe that was only for the trucks?)

Sure looks like the Chevy eagle on the radiator...

Okay... I note the three vent doors... ( '33-'35 truck hoods had the three louvres)..

So, the '33-'36 Chevy trucks (with which I am more familiar) had painted headlight sheels with crome bezels... was this also the case for "regular" Chevy cars; are these chromed headlight shells also an option ?
