All 3 I'm after are in the Midwest, 2 of them in the Great lakes, and the other in the land of 10,000 lakes. 1 within 50 miles, the other 2 within 350 miles.

It would have to be a VERY SPECIAL one to get me to drive >1000 miles again!

Special, like the '90 convertible I went to Dallas for last summer. That one was worth the drive! See attachment.

But, Panikmekanik really wants a white one, so we're gonna sell the 2005 BCA Bronze award winning '90 red/tan convertible.

I'm selling another house, so the "one out-one in" rule no longer applies!

Maybe for an extended vacation stay in one of the houses, like a timeshare.

but only if YOU drive the car here, and get a flight back to So-Cal!

I do have a rescuer-style Aqualung, wetsuit, etc.

..and Michigan is a fresh-water lake, unlike getting one submerged near New Orleans.

But NJ is toooo far to haul back a parts car, furthest I've gone for a parts car was Muncie, IN. and that was the limit!
