kaphat2 Posted May 3, 2006 Author Posted May 3, 2006 Freehold, New Jersey area. No rust, car was always garaged, I'm original owner.
manikmekanik Posted May 4, 2006 Posted May 4, 2006 ...NOT for Jersey! All 3 I'm after are in the Midwest, 2 of them in the Great lakes, and the other in the land of 10,000 lakes. 1 within 50 miles, the other 2 within 350 miles. It would have to be a VERY SPECIAL one to get me to drive >1000 miles again!Special, like the '90 convertible I went to Dallas for last summer. That one was worth the drive! See attachment. But, Panikmekanik really wants a white one, so we're gonna sell the 2005 BCA Bronze award winning '90 red/tan convertible.I'm selling another house, so the "one out-one in" rule no longer applies!Anyone need a house in New Munster, WI? (5 miles from Lake Geneva, WI, brick- house)Or Libertyville, IL? (Sunnyside Park subdivision)Or Silver lake, WI? (3.5 Acres, 2 out buildings, Center lake woods largest lot)
bakersfield Posted May 4, 2006 Posted May 4, 2006 Say, how about trading one of your houses in Wisconsin for my '90 white convertible??
Guest tomt Posted May 4, 2006 Posted May 4, 2006 Careful Randy, Buena Vista Estates in CA breaks the 1000 mile rule!!Of course the two that are "in the Great Lakes" might be a bit of a dive.
manikmekanik Posted May 4, 2006 Posted May 4, 2006 Sorry, Bakersfield, but there's NO Reatta worth over $400,000!Maybe for an extended vacation stay in one of the houses, like a timeshare.but only if YOU drive the car here, and get a flight back to So-Cal!Thanxfor the offer!
manikmekanik Posted May 4, 2006 Posted May 4, 2006 Hopefully not toooo "Deep" of a dive!I do have a rescuer-style Aqualung, wetsuit, etc...and Michigan is a fresh-water lake, unlike getting one submerged near New Orleans. But NJ is toooo far to haul back a parts car, furthest I've gone for a parts car was Muncie, IN. and that was the limit!
piper7738w Posted May 4, 2006 Posted May 4, 2006 Hi, I live in Nutley NJ. Would like to take a look at the car if it's still for sale
