tomwallace
I'm starting on restoration of my 1936 buick century 61 sedan. The paint color is called Casino Beige.I am having trouble finding an original paint chip set for the colors offered for the 1936 Buick model year.I understand if I change to a color correct for this '36 year, there would be no deduction when the car is eventually is judged???Is this true or do I have to keep the same color?? Much thanksTom Wallace, Dayton, Ohio
novaman
For AACA, the color needs to any correct color for that model in that year. Let me check with a friend and see what I can come with for color chips. He has some OOOOOOOOLD paint books. Also you might check with Kim Miller at the AACA library.
