Lincoln Steering Wheel... What years??

Hello all,

I am a boat guy and Lincoln steering wheels were used in some vintage boats.

From my looking around the emblem appears to be 1946-48 but I can find no steering wheels from that period that look the same. As a matter of fact I have a hard time finding photo's of Lincoln steering wheels anywhere!
