Guest F14CRAZY Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 Howdy. It seems that there's more info on the '90 convertible Select 60s than the '88 black Select 60 coupes. What characteristics distinguish the '88s from regular coupes? Did they have all the options? Suede? And, like the '90, is there a code on the trunk sticker than tells it's a Select 60?Thank you.
Barney Eaton Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 The 1988 select sixty can only be truely identified by the X22 code in the trunk. There were 55 built....so far we believe they all were black (we have only confirmed 6) all had tan interior with 16 way seats and suede trim because the cars were all built around vin 901000. At that time there were no other options...the sunroof was not available until later in production.
