Guest DTerry Posted April 9, 2006 Posted April 9, 2006 Are these the right part numbers?Brake pressure sensor: 25533700Trunk solenoid: 20421277These are the numbers I had scribbled down (matchbook cover, cocktail napkin....you know.) but am not sure of, and I don't want to buy the wrong thing and pay postage 2 or 3 times. The disk on the end of the trunk lock actuator popped off. Now I have a string running from the cargo compartment into the cockpit with the access door open all the time.Brake warning light has been intermittent for about a year. If I remove the sensor and clean it as best I can (can't get inside), it will be okay for up to a month, then starts again. Does this sound like a sensor problem? The brakes are fine - except, of course, for the anti-lock, which has been dead for a long time.
Guest MauiWowee Posted April 9, 2006 Posted April 9, 2006 Yes, your numbers are correct. Hopefully, they are the parts that will take care of your problems. Good luck.
Howard Posted April 9, 2006 Posted April 9, 2006 Not to hijack this post, but is there a source "on-line" for Reatta part #'s?
Guest MauiWowee Posted April 9, 2006 Posted April 9, 2006 Howard, I have a '86-'92 E-body parts book, and would be glad to help with #s or parts schematics. BTW: I was a Buick parts man BTD (before the draft)

Guest DTerry Posted April 9, 2006 Posted April 9, 2006 Greg, You mean it's not peculiar to Reattas? It's such a strange thing in a unique place that I assumed it was not available in the junque yard.
