Verify a couple of part numbers?

Are these the right part numbers?

Brake pressure sensor: 25533700

Trunk solenoid: 20421277

These are the numbers I had scribbled down (matchbook cover, cocktail napkin....you know.) but am not sure of, and I don't want to buy the wrong thing and pay postage 2 or 3 times.

The disk on the end of the trunk lock actuator popped off. Now I have a string running from the cargo compartment into the cockpit with the access door open all the time.

Brake warning light has been intermittent for about a year. If I remove the sensor and clean it as best I can (can't get inside), it will be okay for up to a month, then starts again. Does this sound like a sensor problem? The brakes are fine - except, of course, for the anti-lock, which has been dead for a long time.

Yes, your numbers are correct. Hopefully, they are the parts that will take care of your problems. Good luck. cool.gif

Howard, I have a '86-'92 E-body parts book, and would be glad to help with #s or parts schematics. cool.gif

BTW: I was a Buick parts man BTD (before the draft)

Ah, yes, the imfamous dime sized piece on the floor of the trunk you find when you crawl in!

These solinoids were still available a while back from GM for about $30.00 or The Salvage Yard source on an era high end GM should yield one.

Greg, You mean it's not peculiar to Reattas? It's such a strange thing in a unique place that I assumed it was not available in the junque yard.

A scanned copy of the 1986-1993 Buick 'E' platform Parts & Illustration manual is available at Reatta.net
