Chandler Parts

I'm looking for some help or advice. While taking apart my engine on my 1929 chandler model 75 deluxe, small straight 8 on the left side of the engine there is a cover with 32 bolts in it which I removed and under the cover there is a plate or "baffle" that helps to distribute the water, the plate or baffle in mine is deteriated beyond recognition. I need a picture or a diagram or another plate that I can use as a template to build one. The cover I can fix but the baffle is crumbling into pieces.

Any help with this is deeply appreciated.
