Wanted: 322 engine or block in New England area

Looking for a 322 to install in my 54. Will take either engine or short block or block only. Will pick up and will carry my own lift if necessary.

I ended up with a 264. Upon disassembly, the 264 showed that is was rebuilt and not worn in much after the work (cylinder walls still show grind pattern. Anyone need a good 264 block?

Try Ralph Bartman up in Symrna Mills, Maine. He has a couple of 56 buicks

in his salvage yard and he may pull one for you. Did have his address but

must have lost it. Anyway his salvage yard is on RT212 out of smyrna mills.

If you haven't found an engine yet, I have one out of a 53 Super. The engine is complete with the tranny. It ran when I pulled it out many years ago as a spare for my 53 Roadmaster. I would like to see it go to a good home. Price is whatever you think is fair. I live on Long Island...not too far.

Thanks guys -- I did find a complete 322 and tranny from a 54 super in So NH. $250

Now, does anyone need a good 264.. it seems that it was rebuilt not too long before the car was abandoned.
