Inside Trunk Lid Gas Spring

I need to find a gas assist spring for the inside trunk lid where the spare tire is located. Mine is shot. I have tried about every place around here.....even went to boat place to see if they had the right size for hatches. Checked out an aviation parts catalog, but the one they have has a 3.15" throw, but the wrong ends. Anyone have a good one they want to sell? Thanks.

Try searching-they're out there. Is it small car parts.com or something like that.

Now if you find trunk or tonneau stuts, you'll be a rich man...

I just bought the one on ebay. Thank you very much for the link. I had seen this ad before, but thought it was for hood support gas springs so didn't even read it.

Go to the website this guy has referenced in his ad for the manufacturer. The company has several springs listed for the TC. Not sure if they have the trunk and tounneau ones though.

I'VE HAD GOOD LUCK WITH ORR&ORR INC. I HAVEN'T TALKED TO THEM IN A YEAR OR SO BUT OVER THE PAST 4 YEARS THEY HAVE HAD A COMPLETE LINE OF GAS PROPS FOR THE TC.
