Saw alot of beautiful cars including the

Pontiac Solstice,(the drivers seat is extremely comfortable. fit me perfectly. I'm 6'1" @195#)

Saturn Sky,

Ford Reflex, (concept scheduled for production 2008)

Dodge Challenger,

A sleek (if youcould ever imagine the word "sleek being used to discribe a Lincoln!) Lincoln MKS. My son referred to it as a :Hot Rod Lincoln".

And, the cars that did not exibit any MSRPs, the Aston Martin line up. People could just not take their eyes off of them. (myself included) I could have made a small fortune selling drool cups to the people leaning over the railing for a closer look.

I didn't take my 35mm to the show this year because I hate lugging it around. Then, while at the show I was kicking myself in the butt for having left it at home because I thought I could have posted them here but, then I realized that the photos just don't do the cars justice. The cars have to be viewed in person. I actually got goose bumps looking at some of these cars. Awesome!!! Pictures just don't get it.

If you get a chance to go... GO!

I usually go. I took this year off. Last year it just seemed to be more of the same. I'm not into trucks, so a lot of the show bored me. Chrysler does seem to have some pretty cool concept cars. The Challenger is very cool. I saw pics of the Charger Daytona/Superbird. Yuk. Looks like a truck from the front. To put the Daytona or Superbird livery on a four door, well, that's just wrong. I'm glad you had a good time. I do plan on going next year. I figure a year away may make it more interesting for me. Oh, and the Camaro concept car? A swing and a miss for GM. Mustang killer? Not with that styling.

We went to the Houston show two weeks back and they had the same cars. Our local show is a joke so we drive three hours to Houston to see a decent one.

I was disappointed with the Buick display at Houston, big area with about 8 cars

Chicago show is much bigger.

Went to the auto show with my daughter on Valentine day, bought my tickets on line ahead of time so I wouldn't have to stand in line. Find out afterward it was ladies day, women 1/2 price then one of my suppliers offers me a free admission ticket. Oh well! Thought the Chrysler Imperial was a little over the top. I drooled over the Challenger, they got to make that car. Disappointed in the Camaro. That's all I really go for, the concept cars.
