I tried serching a few GM online sites but keep geting part not available or can't find part. I never tried talking to a real person. The part number is 20686726 or 20686734 I believe. One was the orignal number on the back of the old part. The other is a service replacement number. The service replacement needs to be painted to match acording to the parts catalog. 1990 and 1991 are the same part.
