Guest
The Montana 500 Association would like to announce that the 500 will be held in Kalispell this year. The Montana 500 is a 40 year old event for Model T Fords. Kalispell is situated at the headwaters of Flat Head Lake in a huge green valley surrounded by high peaks, and is the Western gateway to Glacier Nation Park. Activities get started on June 17th with inspection, sealing of motors and installation of restrictor plates, supplied by the Association. the first two days of the run are 200 miles each with timed pit stops and the last day is 100 miles for a total of 500 miles. There will be a vote of the drivers to decide if there will be a tear down of the motors on the first 3 cars. There are two classes, the tour class which can be any Model T and the trophy class which must be a stock T. Fees for the 500 is minimal, $10.00 association dues and $25.00 for the tour class and $35.00 for the trophy class. Hope to see you all there.
