tnheygirl
I have noticed the past few years when the weather gets cold and I am at a light idling, I will see white smoke floating past me and disappearing into the sky! It only does this in the winter so I am assuming<BR>it's just the heat from the exhaust mixing with the cold air. Although it sometimes is embarassing. Howard
Nothing to worry about. One of the by products of combustion is water. The smoke you see is nothing more than water vapor. Just like what happens when to talk in cold weather, "smoke" comes out of yourmouth. Once the engine heats up to normal operating temp. the vapor is evaporated by the heat in the tailpipe.
