Joe Werner
is there any companies that ship old cars? like they go to where the car is located and pick them up? even if there not running? There is a car out in MN, which i would like to buy, but i dont have a trailer to get it. it would be alot easier to ship it. thanks Joe
Shop Rat
Would you be willing to rent a trailer and pay to have it hauled? My step-son lives in Idaho, has his CDL and hauls trailers for Quality Transport, I think it is called, out of Indiana. He hauls all kinds of trailers from the west coast to the east cost. Matt Harwood
Joe, if you're not getting Hemmings yet, get a subscription. That will be the best tool you ever bought. There are at least a dozen pages every month with just car haulers.

Jim Bollman
You may want to read this tread from a few years ago. It is a long thread but it covers a lot of the problems with haulers. Search around on the forums and you will probably find recommendation and negatives on haulers.http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=5896&page=&view=&sb=5&o=&fpart=1&vc=1Hope this long link works. If not search for Yuck in the Subject in the search engine. It starts at message #5896 on 04/11/01 in the General forum.
