twb3
There is a beautifully restored 1917 Maxwell touring on display at the Museum of Automobiles http://www.museumofautos.com/.
Guest massey
I have a 1917 Maxwell Touring with Pasco wire wheels. It was restored in 1987 and has received a senior in the AACA Nationals and a 2nd in the AACA Grand Nationals. It is black with red wire wheels. I don't know how many were made but the touring was the most popular and several seem to exist. I was at the 100 year centennial at New Castle a year ago. It was great show, but not to many cars from 1914 to 1920. Mine was the only 1917 there.
