Guest Posted April 30, 2002 Share Posted April 30, 2002 I'll go out on a limb here and say, if you are going with bias ply tires you want tubes. If you use radials, you can't use tubes. Guest Posted April 30, 2002 Share Posted April 30, 2002 My 53 Buick had rivited rims and I used tubeless tires for many years. Slid sideways once into a curb and then one of them wouldn't hold air.
