FMF Posted October 25, 2004 Share Posted October 25, 2004 Please advise if the service brakes operate using the outer or inner brake lining on the rear wheels? Everything I read says that the service brakes should use the outer band and the emergency brakes the inner lining. My car is exactly the reverse. The emergency brake uses the outer band and the service brakes the inner drum.If my car is incorrect, how do I switch them? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
