First drive in six weeks

Recommended Posts

What a pretty day for a drive. This is the first time I've been in my TC since my back surgery. For those interested I had a dual fusion of L4-L5 and L5-S1, called a PLIF.

What a fun car. It took two cranks to get her started and she stumbled a bit at first but then it was off to the races...

Go take your TC out for a drive this weekend... Live a little before old man winter takes all the fun away!

Yeah, I was just driving and enjoying today when the Old Man cught me in a sudden, unexpected

downpour! Arrgh my leather interrior that I have spent many hours replacing/restoring! I say unexpected

downpour cause it never really rains here in SoCal. I pulled over to a bank that had a covered

driveway and after spending 15 minutes wiping down the whole interior I put the top up. Top down

driving is definately better <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Congratulations, Jeffrey. Glad to hear you and your TC are on the road again. Good advice for all of us. We've already had our first serious snow here in Southern Colorado, and the winds are ablowing. But we have sunshine. It's good to have you back on the Forum. As a newcomber, I want you to know how comforting and supportive it can be to have caring TC owners who come forward to help and advise. I already think of you and Bill as friends. Thanks. Suzanne
