Greetings all..

I just got out of the hospital and wanted to thank everyone that sent good wishes. They ending doing a PLIF (Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion) of L4-L5 and L5-S1. It looks my TC will get pretty lonely for the next six weeks <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

I'm still working on the console project, but one these pills, HTML code looks like so much spaghetti.

I was afraid my photos and directions on the console freaked you out. I wish you the best. If you are in warm weather climate, (the palm trees in a photo say yes) maybe I could do your console for room and board when the snow flies here. Just trying to save your back. I'm driving my tc for business till I finish engine for my 87 GTS business car. I have had fun telling customers that I have to add a surcharge for wear and tear on the tc. The current engine is a 250-300 prototype for another GTS which will shoot for 400hp. THEN the tc engine.

I had a customer whose husband had back surgery. She fell on ice and broke her right arm. That's bad enough but they have a manual Volvo. Together they managed to drive. She worked the clutch and he did the gear shift. The big mistake was buying 50lbs. of dog food. They got it in the car, but she had to take the dog dish out to the car to fill it everyday. Tell your wife to be careful. The Looneytuner St. Louis, Mo.

Seems like there is quite a bit of spine surgery happening on this list lately (right Larry?) in

fact, I helped with two PLIF's and one ALIF just today. Then again, I'm in the spine business <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Hope

you are back up to snuff soon. Get away from the pain meds ASAP and switch to Xtra strength Tylenol

when you can tolerate it. LMK when you are coming south for a club meeting . <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I really enjoy your project reports and just wanted to wish you well and a quick recovery. My wife had an anterior fusion three weeks ago and is doing great, walking and everything. You will also soon. Hang in there.

Dear Jeffrey,

I'm the original console button question. I'm so sorry to hear that you've had a back problem, but on the other hand, you've had the problem fixed. My step-daughter in Florida had a fusion three years ago and hasn't had a pain since. I know your recovery will be just as successful.

Thanks in advance for posting the pics and instructions. I'm sure they'll help me.

Dear Bill,

I didn't know that it was your instructions and photos about my console button question that Jeffrey is going to post. Thanks for that. Sorry to hear that he had to have back surgery. Not fun. But maybe he'll be pain free in the future.

I was raised in K.C. and lived in St. Louis for a while in 1975. Made my way back to K.C. and then to N.Y. for many years before I settled in Colorado in 1993. My TC is parked in a storage space...winter is coming.
