Guest
I just bought a 1949 Super Sedanettet with dynaflow transmission, but the car also has a clutch pedal. Someboady told me that the early Dynaflows had clutch pedals. Is that true? How does the system opperate?
SBRMD
No clutch pedal on a '49 Dynaflow; I suspect your car was originally a stick, and retrofitted with Dynaflow.
Guest
It has the Dynaflow script on both rear fenders, the Dynaflow insigna on the stearing wheel, the Dynaflow quadrant and gearshift. I can't imaging someone changing from the manual transmission to the dynaflow, but maybe they had started to go the otherway. I haven't had the car on a lift yet to look it over good. Thanks for the response.
