justfish89
Can anyone out there help me ? I'm re-doing the interior of my '90 Reatta Convertible and , at this point , I'm in need of several items . The interior of my car is Tan (Beechwood) and the first item I need is the original material ( or some that's very near original ) that covers the front lower and rear speaker grills . The second is the plastic piece that surrounds the seat belt opening where the belt comes into the interior through the upper area of the rear panel just at shoulder height on the passenger side . Finally , I need the two piece weatherstrip which goes above the left (Driver's) door glass . Any help would be greatly appreciated . Barney Eaton
Since you live in a fairly large town, check the yellow pages for companies that make custom speaker enclosures. They should have catalogs from companies that make grill cloth. Call them and see if they will send you a sample. If you find the correct material, buy some and sell the extra to others that need the same.I know a guy in Dallas that found burgundy for the early cars, but did not get the name of the company that made it.
