two Supercharged 54-55 Kaiser sedans plus extras

Recommended Posts

Listing this for a friend. He has a pair of either '54 or '55 Kaiser sedans on the farm, that he bought from the estate of the original owner who was a K-F dealer. As a result they came with a pile of spare parts, including some alligator hide seat cushions. The cars themselves are pretty well complete, one has factory wire wheels, the interiors are nice, but they've been stored outdoors for a long time now. One has some rot in the quarters, the other's not bad yet - good basis for a hot rod if nothing else. Both have 100% complete supercharged engines. He's looking for $2,000 and that's firm - you're looking at about $500 a car, $500 for the set of wires, and $500 worth of spare parts including a couple of good steering wheels (besides the good ones actually on each car). I've heard from a couple of K-F club guys and have come to the conclusion they're cheap - one offering about $500 a car and the other offering a rediculous $400 for everything - my friend would have them crushed before taking that kind of an offer, as he'd get more. I know they're not '57 Chevys or anything that all sorts of people want, but they're not garbage and he doesn't want to give them away. I'm about to suggest he either put one of those motors into a vintage stock car, or adapt the supercharger to say a Hudson 6 in one.

I have about a dozen pictures posted online and I'm uploading one with this list. The cars are located in upstate New York and will be snowed in probably until April anyhow, but can be delivered short distances or to meet someone.

e-mail, PM, or reply for more details - thanks!

This attachment is a shot of the better of the two cars as it arrived a while back. Both seem to be a little crusty in the quarters but otherwise allright. My suspicion is these may have never been actually registered, but driven with dealer plates off and on for 10 years or so, given they were kept by the gentleman who was a KF dealer. So they're both low-milage and were well kept.
