Pontiac59
I have a pair of fender skirts to fit '42-'48 Olds 60-series available. They're in fair condition; one has a ding in it and the other has fairly heavy rust pitting. The first still has paint on it. Both have the start of rust out under where the chrome would go - chrome is missing. They could be modified to fit '41 but this year has a flat section on the top. They're good for a custom, rat rod or could be restored. I'm looking for $150 or best offer, that figure has some built-in flexibility. My friend tells me I could pull twice that to a big show like Carlisle, but I saw a set of '41's on eBay go for $350 in better shape so I don't expect the world of them. For those who don't know, these skirts are lower in the front to match the fenders and running board/rocker chrome, and had a round chrome badge at bottom center. Other GM skirts may fit the Olds but these are the only ones to match correctly. They do have all the mounting hardware, but will need to be soaked in PB Blaster to free it up. I found them hanging in a barn. For pictures you can PM me or reply on this post.I've already considered shipping on these - they will require custom packing, most likely using pieces of 2" insulation foam board to protect them and the whole thing wrapped in cardboard for a weight of around 30 lbs. UPS will run anywhere from $15-$35 depending where you live. Thanks -
