Guest
I have been trying to fix my drivers side headlight for a while now, seems it just didnt wanna pop up. I got one of those kits off of ebay and when i went to intall the rollers, turns out it wasnt them. They were pretty near new condition. As it would turn out it was the little arm that actually moved up and down. Where it sits on the motor spindle is like a shaft ith its edges cut off and the arm slots onto that and keeps it from just simply turning. Tyrns out that the hold in the arm had rounded off so the shaft was just simply spinning and not raising the light up. Rather thna going out to find a new arm which on a friday night at 6.30 pm wouldnt be easy, i drilled a holes through the amr where it fits into the shaft, and then through the shaft itself and put a screw in there to stop the shaft rotating in the arm. Works lovely now. #rd time i have had that light out. Will be the last time too.
