Cadillac parts in Europe

Hello,

My wife has a relative who lives in Vienna, Austria, who recently purchased a 1972 Eldorado Convertible. He wrote me a letter over the holidays asking about parts for his car. He has, apparently, done some checking in Vienna, and can't find anyone who can get parts. At this time, he has no immediate or specific need. I think he is trying to prepare for that day by trying to locate a parts supplier, and getting a general idea of cost. The other glitch in this equation is that I don't believe he has access to the internet. Are there any European members out there who know of any parts places anywhere in Europe (doesn't have to be in Austria)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
